Pack & Send Item
Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed with all original tags attached in original condition.

Receive Store Credit
After inspection, Store Credit will be issued within 3–5 business days, valid for 12 months.

Eligibility for Returns شروط الإرجاع
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- All original tags attached
- Original condition — no stains, damage or alterations
- Free from perfume or odors
Sale Items — Store Credit Only منتجات التخفيضات
All eligible returns for sale items are refunded as Store Credit only. Store Credit cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred.

- Washed items
- Items without original tags
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items منتجات تالفة أو خاطئة
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
